Ingredients
Yellowfin tuna (86.10%) and our pibil sauce based on ground achiote and more.
No colorants or preservatives
Vacuum-packed, fresh or ultra-frozen.
Regeneration
If frozen, defrost 24h in positive cold and regenerate in oven, stove or microwave. If refrigerated, regenerate in microwave (3 min), frying pan (4-5 min) or oven.
