The product is presented vacuum-packed, fresh or ultra-frozen.
Regeneration
To regenerate, if frozen, defrost 24h in positive cold and regenerate in oven, stove or microwave. If refrigerated, regenerate in microwave (3 min), frying pan (4-5 min) or oven
