Ingredients
Lean pork and pork fat (94.51%), ground achiote seeds, lemon juice, salt, wine vinegar, black pepper, cinnamon, sweet red pepper, hot red pepper, oregano, cumin, and garlic.
No colorants or preservatives
Store between 0°C and 4°C or in the freezer at -18°C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
Regeneration
Microwave, frying pan, oven, or double boiler.
