Chicken breast cooked at low temperature with Provençal herbs and extra virgin olive oil, offering you an ideal solution to save time, money and achieve standardisation. Our fresh chicken breasts are slowly cooked at a low and constant temperature; the spices in this case give it a unique flavour, preserving the natural juiciness and tenderness of the meat, allowing a soft and juicy texture.
Ideal for salads, wraps, fajitas, as a dish, etc.
Ingredients
Chicken breast, olive oil, salt, Provençal herbs and pepper.
No colorants or preservatives
Vacuum-packed, fresh or ultra-frozen.
Regeneration
If frozen, defrost 24h in positive cold and regenerate in oven, stove or microwave. If refrigerated, regenerate in microwave (3 min), frying pan (4-5 min) or oven.
