Chicken breast cooked at low temperature, cooked to offer you an ideal solution to save time, money and achieve standardisation; this reference provides an ideal solution to eat cold or hot. Our fresh chicken breasts are slowly cooked at a low and constant temperature, preserving the natural juiciness and tenderness of the meat, allowing a soft and juicy texture.
Ideal for salads, wraps, fajitas, as a dish, etc.
Ingredients
Chicken breast and our escabeche sauce.
No colorants or preservatives
Vacuum-packed, fresh or ultra-frozen.
Regeneration
If frozen, defrost 24h in positive cold and regenerate in oven, stove or microwave. If refrigerated, regenerate in microwave (3 min), frying pan (4-5 min) or oven.
